• Flat shipping charge of ₹99 for all orders.
• For exchange or reship orders, ₹99 or ₹30 per piece (whichever is higher) will be charged as reverse shipping.
• Express shipping (urgent orders): ₹200.
• For COD orders, estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
• Subject to stock availability, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
• Please note that dispatch or delivery may be delayed during sale events or festival seasons.

We want you to love what you order. However, if something isn’t right, you may request an exchange or return strictly as per the policy below.

We do NOT offer cash refunds, bank refunds, UPI refunds, or reversal to original payment methods under any circumstances.
All approved returns or exchanges are processed ONLY via Store Credit.
• SIZE AVAILABILITY CLAUSE (VERY IMPORTANT):
In case the requested size is unavailable or goes out of stock, we will ONLY issue Store Credit.
No refunds or alternate compensation will be provided.
• Store Credit is the sole resolution for:
• Out-of-stock sizes
• Returns
• Exchange unavailability
• Cancellations of prepaid orders (as applicable)

STORE CREDIT DETAILS
• Store Credit will be issued as a credit code, redeemable on our website.
• Store Credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
• Store Credit cannot be used during sale periods and cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer.
• Store Credit cannot be re-exchanged or re-returned once issued.
• Exchanges processed using a credit code coupon cannot be exchanged again.

EXCLUSIONS
• No exchanges or returns on:
• Products bought on discounts or bundle offers
• Products purchased from partner stores or other websites
• Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact.
• Returns will be rejected if the product is damaged due to:
• Improper handling
• Wash care instructions not followed

PICKUP & QUALITY CHECK
• Once approved, reverse pickup will be attempted within 1–2 working days (not available for all pin codes).
• Please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment copy from the courier partner.
• After the product reaches our warehouse, it takes 4–5 working days for quality inspection and approval.

PREPAID ORDER CANCELLATIONS
• For prepaid orders cancelled or returned before shipment, ₹100 transaction charges will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.

• Requests received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
