DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA : Flat Shipping Rs. 99 for all orders. For all exchange orders or reship orders, Rs. 99 or Rs. 30 per piece (whichever is more) will be charged as reverse shipping. Express shipping charges Rs. 200 will be charged for orders shipped on urgent basis. For COD orders, the estimated delivery time will be between 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery address. Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Please note, there may be slight delays due to SALE events or Festival season.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (INDIA) : We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. To initiate a exchange or return, please send you request at https://www.anthrilo.com/apps/return_prime within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please note exchanges processed with credit code coupon cannot be exchanged again. All products bought on Discounts or Bundle Offers cannot be exchanged or returned.
Once your request is approved, the same will be picked in 1-2 working days by our courier partner. Reverse Pickup facility is not available for all addresses.
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and has all tags attached. We will be unable to provide returns if the products are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label or if products are bought from our partner stores and websites. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel, and don’t forget to take the pickup acknowledgment copy.
Once the garment is received at our warehouse, an exchange or return order takes 4-5 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved. Once your return or exchange is approved we would give you a credit code which can be redeemed on the website within 2 months.
For prepaid orders which are returned or cancelled before shipment, transaction charges of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the credit code.
Store Credit is valid for 1 Month from the date of code issued. Store Credit Code cannot be applied during sale or cannot be coupled with any other code.
Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all exchange/return requests received on weekends will be processed on Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : We ship internationally to all countries with a few exceptions on a DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside India.You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

Cash on Delivery is not available on International Orders.
Once your order is placed it will reach you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country. All International shipments are sent as "signature not required on delivery".
Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Anthrilo will not be responsible for it.
For orders delivered outside India:
- Please email us at customercare@anthrilo.com within 10 days from the delivery date with your order number and eligible products(s) you would like to return

- You can send the products with your friends/family or a local logistics company
- You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which is non-refundable
- Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item this process can take upto 7-10 working days from receiving your return. Please note that a return charge of 5% shall be deducted from the invoice amount. Shipping Charges are non - refundable.
