DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA
• Flat shipping charge of ₹99 for all orders.
• For exchange or reship orders, ₹99 or ₹30 per piece (whichever is higher) will be charged as reverse shipping.
• Express shipping (urgent orders): ₹200.
• For COD orders, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
• Subject to stock availability, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
• Please note that dispatch or delivery may be delayed during sale events or festival seasons.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you order. However, if something isn’t right, you may request an exchange or return as per the policy below.
• To initiate an exchange or return, please raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the package at:

• Approval of requests may take 3–4 working days.

All approved returns or exchanges are processed via Store Credit only.
• Store Credit will be issued as a credit code, redeemable on our website.
• Store Credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
• Exchanges processed using a credit code coupon cannot be exchanged again.
• No exchanges or returns on Products bought at discounts or bundle offers
• Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact.
• Returns will be rejected if the product is damaged due to Improper handling or Wash care instructions are not followed
• Once approved, reverse pickup will be attempted within 1–2 working days (not available for all pin codes).
• Please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgement copy from the courier partner.
• After the product reaches our warehouse, it takes 4–5 working days for quality inspection and approval.
• For prepaid orders cancelled or returned before shipment, ₹100 transaction charges will be deducted from the Store Credit issued.
• For exchanges, the customer will be charged a minimum of ₹99 or ₹30 per piece, depending on the product quantity.
• Our office operates Monday to Friday.
• Requests received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
